The EZChildTrack software allows you to track staff attendance effectively. A unique code is entered in the check-in/check out screen to record each staff member’s attendance. This code will be provided to each staff member of the organization. The EZChildTrack software also has a built-in staff scheduling module which allows you to schedule staff to a different location based on staff availability and number of staff members needed to maintain desired staff-children ratio. Staff database is built at the organization level and one staff can be associated to one or more centers/sites. You can track the staff availability by center and days and easily adjust the calendar for time-offs. The scheduling can be done on a daily or weekly basis by considering the number of enrolled children and desired staff ratio for each category of staff. System automatically adjusts the staff availability based on their assignment.
