Important Information regarding Registration Dates: (please read registration update due to closures listed above)
- Registration is open to current and new clients for all programs running between September 1, 2019 until June 30th, 2020 for Out of School care and Preschool. As well as Early Years programs running between September 1st, 2019 until August 31, 2020.
PLEASE NOTE: REGISTRATION CAN ONLY BE DONE FROM THE DESKTOP VERSION. The mobile log in is for payments only (example: cell phones and tablets).
Pro D Day and Spring Break/Winter Break sign up is available at your club. Please speak with your club supervisor regarding the location of the form. You must be registered into drop in or scheduled care to be able to access pro d day care.
One month notice is required to lessen or cancel care. Please fill out the Notice to Change Care Form that can be found under information - Forms (located on your screen once you are logged in) and submit the form to your club. Care can be added at anytime using the same form, if space is available.
Please ensure you check your "Junk" email folder if you have not received an email confirmation regarding care in a timely matter. Monthly Invoices are sent via email 3 to 4 days prior to the end of the month.

School Year 2020/2021: CURRENT members – April 1, 2020 NEW members – May 1, 2020
Chase River 2020/2021 Preschool: CURRENT members – April 1, 2020 NEW members – May 1, 2020
Daycare & Multi-age 2020/2021: CURRENT members – April 1, 2020 NEW members – May 1, 2020
*Current Daycare and Multi-age families must re-register/confirm enrollment each year in order to continue care every September.
