We have a team of over 30 technical personnel who are involved in software development, maintenance and technical support. Our technical support team has over 10 years of experience in supporting over 2500 schools that are using our various SaaS applications. We provide telephone support and we also have a web based support system that is integrated to all our offerings to provide support to our clients.
We have extensive experience in developing software solutions for large organizations in the education and social service segments. This gives us the ability to understand users need and deploy the relevant technology needed for successful completion of any large software development project. Working in partnership with our clients, we are able to translate core product requirements into successful software solutions that meet our client's needs.
